Alumnus Will Schneider, '21 returned to The Hill in 2024 as the Director of Compliance and Student-Services after a standout career as a student-athlete. He oversees the day-to-day compliance needs for student-athletes and staff while serving as the liaison to the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Life, and Academic Advising.   Â

• Spent two years as a LCS Discovery Specialist for Littler Mendelson Law

• Was a four-year starter, and five-year letterwinner, at quarterback for the Cardinals, earning All-GLVC honors twiceÂ
• Played in 33 games behind center, accounting for more than 4,500 career passing yards, 19 touchdowns, and ran for another 1,027 yards and 21 scores
• Ranks third all-time in single season passing yards with 2,405 in 2019, while his 2,757 total offensive yards and 168 completions in that same year rank fourth and fifth, respectively in program history
• Played prep ball at Shawnee Mission North (Kan.) where he set the Kansas state record for career passing yards and was the 2016 Kansas Player of the YearÂ
